Holding the Way  

Special Project for Prospect One New Orleans Biennial,

Performance + Installation, Life is Art, 2008 

galvenized steel, manipulated found objects, portable painting portal, puppets and other 'objects of performance.' 

 

An ongoing ritual and offering of sage baths to passerbys in various locations throughout New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. This action culminated in customized performative healing rituals administered to willing participants within the context of an installation and performance created for Prospect 1.
